The constraint
Reimbursement handling was slowed by manually reading large volumes of invoices in heterogeneous formats. Repetitive, slow work, prone to transcription errors.
The intervention
We built an automatic parsing system that extracts and validates data from invoices and feeds it straight into the reimbursement flow. Exceptions are flagged, the rest passes through on its own.
