The site is made of static pages. We use no analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking systems, and fonts are served from our own domain.

Like any web server, the infrastructure records technical logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser. They are needed to keep the service secure and working (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and are kept for as long as those purposes require.

If you contact us by email we process the data you share (name, company, email address, message content) to answer your request and, if a collaboration starts, to manage it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

We keep correspondence for the duration of the negotiation and the relationship. If the contact leads nowhere, we delete it within 24 months. Accounting documents follow statutory retention periods.

The answers you give in the path stay in your browser, in temporary storage (sessionStorage) that is cleared when you close the tab. The case read you see at the end is also computed in your browser from fixed rules: no data is sent to us while you fill it in, and no decision is made by automated means.

Only if you choose to book a call are your answers and the contact details you entered (name, company, email, phone if provided) passed to SKDL, the booking service built and run by 3108, to set the appointment and come prepared. The legal basis is your consent, given through the dedicated checkbox, together with pre-contractual steps. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected].

This site sets no cookies of its own, neither profiling nor statistical: that is why there is no consent banner. We only use the browser's temporary storage for two technical functions: resuming the guided path where you left it and reloading the page after a site update.

The network provider that protects the site may set technical security cookies, needed to tell legitimate traffic from automated traffic. They require no consent and are not used to profile you.

The site runs on infrastructure managed directly by 3108. Traffic goes through Cloudflare, which provides the delivery network and protection and acts as a data processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or hand over data to third parties.

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing (arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to [email protected]: we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
