The constraint
A loyalty platform and app for a large commercial network had to hold up under traffic peaks without falling over. The existing infrastructure made releases slow and risky, with development and production environments out of sync.
The intervention
We rebuilt the infrastructure cloud-native on Kubernetes, with the whole configuration described as code (Terraform + Helm) and automated release pipelines. Reproducible environments, horizontal scaling on peaks, and safe rollbacks.
